Based on 8 dimensions (regulatory systems, coordination, territory, trajectories, operating conditions, intervention models, functional trust and team autonomy), the IME offers a combinatorial possibility that facilitates the monitoring of a process in a comparative time series, making visible the progress and setbacks of the program.
