Services

Monitoring and evaluation of innovation projects with a public purpose

We advise institutional programs or policies to accelerate their transfer level through a new model and evaluate the effectiveness of their organizational management.

Development of Strategic Implementations

We support the implementation of innovation initiatives with a public purpose for public, private, and civil society institutions. This helps define a strategic plan and prioritize decision-making for continuous improvement.

Certification of Innovation with Public Purpose

We implement a certification model aimed at obtaining a seal of public recognition in this field of innovation. This seal guarantees transparency and effectiveness in innovation management, lowering investment risk.

Installation of organizational capabilities

We develop new products that contribute to improving capabilities for prototyping and generating minimally viable products, training organizational teams in their design and testing capabilities.

Training

We disseminate knowledge generated from research and innovation and implement strategies to influence the public sphere in order to drive social, economic, or environmental transformations that generate value.

Consulting services

We advise on the development of innovations and projects with a public purpose, providing expert guidance in specific areas and in the long term, which involves supporting organizations and systems in making decisions regarding their effectiveness.

New infrastructure for public purposes

Advanced Training Laboratory

It offers a range of cross-cutting services focused on advanced training, both in-person and e-learning, at the undergraduate and graduate levels, as well as tutoring, training, and continuing education. It considers the use of artificial intelligence and technologies for innovation in education. It also considers classrooms and tutorial spaces.

High Integration Innovation Hub

A significant portion of its space is dedicated to rooms specially designed for researchers to meet, collaborate, hold work meetings, converse, debate, develop ideas, and implement projects together. These spaces will host meetings of the Program Board, the Advisory Council, and coordination meetings for each line of work. There are also areas that allow for a greater degree of concentration and privacy for CLIPP directors and researchers, ensuring adequate conditions for strategic and reflective work.

This Hub embodies a specific way of doing R&D&I, aligned with what the National Council for Innovation and Development calls a Highly Integrated Research System: a transdisciplinary approach to research and development, in which academics and non-academics work together toward a common goal, sharing problems, languages, methodologies, and responsibilities. In this sense, the physical space is not only an infrastructural support, but also an active enabler of collaborative dynamics that favor the co-production of knowledge and the implementation of solutions with a public purpose (Tress, Tress & Fry, 2006).
