The Board of Directors is CLIPP's governing body, and its main functions are strategic planning, deliberation, and decision-making. It brings together representatives from the University of Chile, the public sector, civil society, and the business sector, along with the Co-laboratory's executive team. This board defines the Strategic Plan, oversees its implementation, approves the budget, and determines the continuity or redesign of innovation lines. Its composition reflects the plurality of the ecosystem it seeks to mobilize: academia, government, business, and civil society deliberate in the same space, ensuring diversity of perspectives and legitimacy in strategic orientations.
The CLIPP Executive Team coordinates the strategic and operational management of the Co-laboratory, ensuring consistency between innovation lines, transfer actions, and training programs. It is made up of professionals who work in an integrated manner to translate scientific evidence into solutions for public purposes. Their work combines planning, facilitating collaborative processes, and monitoring projects, ensuring ongoing coordination with the Board of Directors, the Advisory Council, and partner institutions.
The CLIPP partner ecosystem brings together universities, research centers, public agencies, companies, and civil society organizations committed to creating innovations with a public purpose. These alliances strengthen CLIPP's polycentric dimension, integrating diverse capabilities to develop joint projects, share evidence, and scale solutions. Each partner contributes its experience and context, forming an open and collaborative network that broadens the scope and sustainability of the Co-laboratory's initiatives.
